Our venture to become one of Mumbai’s top patisseries and the best patisserie in Mumbai started from a small idea. 1984 – The Debut of Designer Cakes

Our introduction to the world of designer cakes in Mumbai was when we put together a gorgeous 25th wedding anniversary cake for Bollywood legends Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu. This achievement allowed us to work and become well known in the customized cakes Mumbai and luxury cakes Mumbai industry.

2009 – Toujours is Born

With an of experience in Europe and France, our founder Alpa Pereira brings Toujours, a French patisserie to Mumbai in the heart of the city, serving entremets, artisanal desserts, French pastries, croissants in Mumbai, macarons in Mumbai, gourmet desserts Mumbai and premium cakes.
