In 2021, Manjushree Spntek Pvt Ltd, expanding into the nonwoven fabrics industry, gained the attention of many. This strategic move marks their entry into the nonwoven market for medical nonwoven fabric, as well as hygiene nonwoven fabric products that demand stringent standards for disposable medical products, surgical gowns, and hygiene applications.

Manjushree has become a well-known global provider of sustainable packaging solutions, along with customized packaging development and high-performance plastic containers. Recently, the company released paper packaging solutions to support a circular economy, which is part of their long-standing focus on R&D and eco-innovation.

One of the largest private equity transactions in India’s packaging sector occurred in 2018 when Advent International acquired a controlling stake in Manjushree Technopack Ltd. This significantly advanced the company’s growth and market position among global packaging brands.

The Manjushree Group also continues to expand Caremont LLP and Fitron Wellness LLP, which focus on healthcare products and fitness equipment, respectively, thus making strides in both the consumer health and wellness industries.
