Catalysed By Strong Business Verticals And Scope For Expansion
As of FY 2024-25, KHADIM was operating through two strong business verticals – Retail and Distribution – which catered to separate markets with focused product offerings and robust sales channels that helped strengthen its presence in footwear retail India. In a significant strategic development, the full Group completed a corporate demerger as it divested its Distribution operations and Manufacturing into KSR Footwear Limited.
